FAST Standard

We develop our models in accordance with the FAST Standard, a widely recognised best-practice framework for financial modelling. The FAST Standard promotes consistency, transparency and robust model design, resulting in models that are more accurate, easier to maintain and simpler to audit.

Modelling principles

By applying the FAST Standard, we develop financial models that are transparent, logically structured, and easy to understand, review, and audit. This approach gives users greater confidence in the model's outputs while making the model easier to maintain, update, and hand over to other teams.

We incorporate robust scenario analysis capabilities from the outset, enabling users to create, manage, and compare multiple scenarios rather than relying solely on simple sensitivity analysis.

To ensure model outputs are accessible and actionable, we present key results through clear, intuitive charts and dashboards. These visualisations help stakeholders quickly understand the drivers of performance, communicate insights effectively, and make better-informed decisions.

01

Transparent

We build models following the FAST Standard to ensures a smooth handover and full transparency for all stakeholders.

02

Scenario analysis

Scenario analysis is built into all our models as standard, allowing clients to easily assess the impact of uncertainty.

03

Presentation

We design clear, intuitive charts and layouts that make insights easy to communicate and bring data-driven analysis to life through effective storytelling.
