Meet the Founder
I have more than ten years of experience in real estate investment and portfolio management at institutional platforms across Europe.
During this period, I worked for GIC, Henderson Park, and M7 Real Estate, in a variety of portfolio management and analytical roles with direct responsibility for model development, budgeting, valuations and investor reporting. I gained experience working on office, residential, logistics, hospitality, retail, and alternative asset types across various European geographies.
I hold an MBA from London Business School and MSc from the University of Birmingham (UK) and Modena (Italy).

Build
Once the proposal is accepted, we will schedule a kick-off meeting to plan logistics and communications and discuss the model design. During the build phase, we will present progress and receive your feedback in weekly calls.
Delivery
We will arrange a handover call to present the model, its components and how to maintain it. We will remain available for clarification questions and further support on an hourly basis.
